One of the primary services by the Provincial Government of Isabela through its Provincial Youth Development Office is the provision of Capacity-Building and Technical Assistance to SKs, YDCs, LYDOs, Youth Leaders and organizations. This is to provide mandatory and continuing training and technical assistance to SK officials and PYDC-YORP members and other youth organizations in order for them to actively participate in local governance and realize their roles, contributions and responsibilities in nation-building.
