Memorandum No. 15 Series of 2014

The Provincial Government of Isabela is joining Earth.org in observing EARTH HOUR 2014 on Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 8:30 to 9:30 PM. Thus is the contribution of the province to the campaign against global warming. Hence, the PGI is enjoining all Local Chief Executives, PGI employees, schools and private sector to support Earth Hour by switching off lights and any object that consumes electricity or fuel.
