READ: Memorandum No. 72 series of 2020 issued by Gov. Rodito T. Albano III, dated August 13, 2020 addressed to all Local Chief Executives/COPS, requesting to follow the NTF COVID-19 Memorandum Circular No. 2. S. 2020 which provides guidelines on ZONING CONTAINMENT STRATEGY, for uniformity of declaration of community quarantine status of their respective barangays. Secondly, said memorandum reiterates the importance of wearing face shields, in addition to a face mask when in public place, inside a public utility vehicle or in any place where people physically converge or where there is mass gathering.
