LOOK: Memorandum no. 69 series of 2020 issued by the Office of the Chairman of the Provincial Covid-19 Task Force
“This governor may be an exception. He welcomes LSIs and OFWs into his province even if they are COVID-positive. He said they will take care of these kababayans from his province when they arrive at the province and will use provincial funds if the national government cannot provide them. If need be, he will solicit donations. The provincial government will bring these COVID positive LSIs and OFWs into quarantine centers and hospitals and will have them treated until they are cured. I caught the interview of Susan Enriquez with Governor Albano of Isabela early this afternoon over DZBB AM radio. While this may be a traditional politician antic, I have not heard of any other LGU executive who welcomes COVID positive LSIs and OFWs with open arms.” Ito ang obserbasyon ng isang netizen sa mga hakbang at programa ni Gov. Rodito T. Albano III upang tugunan ang COVID-19 crisis sa lalawigan.
