The Province of Isabela takes center stage anew as the featured province in the City of Charm Pavilion during the 10th China-ASEAN EXPO (CAEXPO) to be held in Nanning, Guangxi, People's Republic of China on September 3-6, 2013. 

CAEXPO, the 2nd largest trade event in China, next to the Canton Fair, aims to promote China-ASEAN Free Trade Area (CAFTA) through sharing of opportunities for cooperation and development between and among China and the ASEAN countries.
